Orders are intended for retailers, businesses, and professional buyers.
Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product category.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability. Rainbow reserves the right to confirm, modify, or decline any order if items are unavailable or if other issues arise.
3. Pricing
All prices are wholesale prices and may change without prior notice depending on market conditions, product availability, or supplier updates.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon between Rainbow Toys and the customer at the time of purchase. Orders may require full payment, partial payment, or payment upon delivery, depending on the agreement.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are scheduled according to Rainbow’s weekly delivery plan by region. Delivery times may vary depending on traffic conditions, logistics, and the safety situation of the region.
6. Product Responsibility
Customers are encouraged to inspect all products upon delivery. Any issues regarding missing or damaged items must be reported within a reasonable time after receiving the order.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders, and must be communicated to our team promptly after delivery.
8. Product Safety
Rainbow is committed to providing safe and quality products. However, retailers are responsible for ensuring that products are used according to their intended purpose and age recommendations.
9. Changes to Terms
Rainbow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Return & Damage Policy
At Rainbow – Established Since 1996, we strive to provide high-quality products and reliable service. Customers are kindly asked to review the following policy regarding returns and damaged items.
1. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect all goods at the time of delivery. Any missing items, damaged products, or incorrect orders should be reported immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is found to be damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues, customers must notify our team as soon as possible. After verification, the item may be replaced, exchanged, or credited depending on the situation.
3. Incorrect Orders
If a customer receives items different from those ordered, Rainbow must be notified promptly so the issue can be corrected.
4. Return Conditions
Returned products must:
• Be unused
• Be in their original packaging
• Be in resalable condition
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
• Products that were ordered correctly but are no longer wanted
• Products that were damaged after delivery
• Seasonal items (such as Halloween or Saint Barbara costumes) after the season has passed.
6. Return Approval
All returns must be approved by Rainbow before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
